My salesman (Alan) was very nice and attentive although he did leave to help a customer for a very short time after greeting us, but all in all I can't complain. He was extremely knowledgeable (having worked in the industry for 15 years) and seemed genuine. We walked out after purchasing a new tankless water heater and felt elated. Happy with how everything went, can't ask for more.
I give Richair Comfort Solutions 5 stars because they are honest and professional. It doesn't matter what they sell and install – they do the right thing for the customer!
